When was the Company founded?
The Company was established in Minato-ku, Tokyo in April 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vector Inc. The Company began sales of products containing the “Vitabrid C” ingredient in June of the same year, and since 2018 has expanded its business into the healthcare sector, primarily through supplements with functional claims, continuing to the present day.

When does the Company announce its financial results?
The Company’s fiscal year ends on the last day of February each year, and its financial results are announced in April. Please refer to the “IR Calendar” for quarterly financial results announcement schedules.
When is the shareholder record date for dividend payments?
The shareholder record date for year-end dividend payments is the last day of February each year.
In the event that an interim dividend is paid, the shareholder record date shall be August 31.

Details regarding the date, time, and venue of the meeting are communicated to shareholders of record as of the end of February each year in early May.
How can I exercise my voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders?
A notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a voting form are sent to shareholders listed in the shareholder register as of the record date for the General Meeting of Shareholders (for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as of the end of February).
Voting rights may be exercised by any of the following methods:
(1) Attending the meeting in person and submitting the voting form
(2) Indicating approval or disapproval on the voting form and returning it by mail
(3) Accessing the designated voting website and entering approval or disapproval electronically
