    What do you find most rewarding about your job?
    At my previous workplace, I was in charge of web advertising planning and sales, but on most projects I often found myself frustrated that I was only involved in a small part of the big scheme of things. At VITABRID JAPAN however, each of us has a lot of latitude and can be involved in everything from the start to the end, which is very rewarding. In addition, we have a system for rapid PDCA cycles, and I feel that this leads to my own skill improvement and growth on a daily basis.

    What is the company's appeal?
    I think it is the emphasis on numerical results. When the results of my work are evaluated in a tangible way, I feel more motivated and I can make quick assessments based on the numbers and then immediately implement the PDCA cycle, which I think leads not only to business results but also to my own experience. In addition, the environment is very open and allows me to speak up, so I am often allowed to challenge myself to do what I want to do. In fact, I have been able to experience everything from new sales promotions (offline and online) to CRM in a consistent way, and I feel that my knowledge has deepened even further than before. The working style is also attractive because it is left to the individual with a fully flexible working system, so I can create different ways of work to suit my flow.

    What do you find most rewarding about your job?
    The most rewarding moment for me is when I realize that my actions benefit the company and the people around me, such as when the idea I developed significantly improves cost efficiency and benefits team members. It is an environment that allows me to grow every day, not only at work, but also in my personal life.

    I had a vision of becoming someone who could create everything from "0" to "100" on my own, and this is the ideal environment for me. I am still involved in all aspects of the project, from creative development to sales strategy formulation and effectiveness measurement.

    I myself like to chat (about anime, urban legends, music, etc.), and the people around my seat are always happy to join in the conversation, so I have been able to get to know everyone quickly. Also, the bi-weekly "Communication Lunch" is a very important and meaningful time for me because it gives me a chance to interact with other members with whom I don't usually have a chance to talk.

    What do you find most rewarding about your job?
    My primary responsibility is to oversee the promotion of web sales. By comparing and analyzing existing and past data, formulating hypotheses, and acting with intention, I am able to accumulate knowledge and experience growth through my work on a daily basis. It is highly rewarding when I am able to see the results of my work, such as when I am able to improve the effectiveness of a project with hypotheses I have suggested.

    From a positive perspective, there are no specific internal regulations. I believe the appeal of this environment is that it allows me to proactively challenge myself to achieve my desired outcomes.
